    223A7504.jpg

My name is Kate, and I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Dancer and Private Chef with a mission to help others live fully their best lives.

    Cook To Heal
is designed to give you a Foundation for Therapeutic Cooking, and an understanding of Holistic Nutrition. Each week you will get simple, actionable steps to improve your health and cook delicious food.

    What is Therapeutic Cooking?

🌿Therapeutic Cooking is centered around health-boosting ingredients, mindful preparation, and balancing the food you eat and what your body needs.

🌿Nutrition from whole food, when prepared properly, nourishes your cells to create healthy tissue, organs, and organ systems for optimal function and health.

🌿Community Oriented meal prep and execution of beautiful dishes restore a sense of togetherness and vitality.

🌿Deliciousness and satiety at the forefront: In other words, what makes food tasty also provides its nutritive powers!

    What People Are Saying

“I’ve got 3 pots humming along on the stove. Red Cabbage and carrot stew, collards in bacon fat. I reopen our doc to look at recipes and read your notes. Every day and every choice is a part of the journey. I don’t always do right but I can say without a doubt, I see the world and myself and EVERYTHING around me in a completely new way. Thank you for all you’ve done for me.”

    — Alexandra Hoffman

“I never thought I would be so excited about eating vegetables! But leave it to Kate to deliver healthy and delicious Veg to the table that is a treat for the palate and the senses. I have had the pleasure of enjoying Kate’s meals over the last four years. Even children that are picky eaters, putting a healthy spin on tried and true classics like chicken nuggets and fish sticks.  Kate also has extensive nutritional knowledge in using food as an integral part of whole body wellness.  The mind, body, gut connection is real, and she cheerfully answers questions and makes recommendations as to which foods support particular body systems.   I appreciate her flexibility and positive attitude and her ability to take “Nourishing” food to a whole new level.”

    — Jenny Campbell

Kate is a delightful meld of Isadora Duncan, Julia Childs and Mother Teresa. She’s feisty, curious and self-motivated with a compassionate nature that encourages her peers and people off the street to open up to her. Her love for cooking and baking has allowed her to develop an actual autobiographical character, “Kate Creates” who encourages her audiences to eat good, nutritious food through simple recipes. She wins peoples’ hearts with her charming personality, whimsical humor and yummy treats!
