About Your Teacher

Kate Pope

I am a Certified GAPS Practitioner (CGP), Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP), and Holistic Chef. In 2019, I founded Regenerative Cooking School and began teaching my signature course “Cook to Heal,” helping families create simple and delicious food as medicine. Since then, I’ve launched a second program “Every Meal Healing” which teaches the foundations of the GAPS Diet™. My mission is to help people see the impact of the food they eat in their everyday lives so that they connect it to the health of their bodies and the health of the planet. I want to share my love of food and cooking with you, And… of course, have fun in the process! I currently live in Sedro Woolley, WA with my husband, Alex, our bunny Miffy. We are expecting our first baby in April 2022!
