About Kate
Kate Pope is a mom of two, former private chef, Nutritional Therapist, and Certified GAPS Practitioner. She is known for helping parents heal their babies’ guts and raise resilient families through ancestral nutrition, cooking, and embodied living.
Kate has guided over 5,000 families through the starting solids journey, helping families navigate eczema, allergies, digestive issues such as constipation, reflux and FPIES, and other symptoms along the way.
Her work is rooted in using food as medicine while honoring connection to our planet, the wisdom of the body, and our innate capacity to heal.
She believes these same principles can guide the transition away from breastfeeding. Weaning is a mother-led transition into new ways of being nourished, comforted, and connected, creating more harmony and peace for the whole family.
